Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell outdoor pizza ovens — portable gas and wood-pellet ovens, multi-fuel and freestanding garden ovens and a built-in wood-fired brick dome, with the peels, cordierite stones, cutters and cleaning tools to go with them. The fuel (wood, pellet or gas), the stone size and the clearance are stated on each listing for domestic outdoor use.

Heat & fire safety

A pizza oven reaches very high temperatures and has hot surfaces, flame and, on wood models, sparks, and is for outdoor use only. Set it on a stable non-combustible surface, keep the stated clearance from walls, fences, furniture and anything flammable, and never use it indoors, in a garage, under a canopy or a pergola roof. Keep children and pets back, use heat gloves, and let it cool fully before moving or covering it. Gas models need the correct regulator and bottle and a leak check before first use. CE marked where applicable.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
